The South Hamilton Area Pool will be financed by a combination of sources. A critical funding source for this project will be a fundraising campaign. Gifts from the community, both individuals and local businesses, are vital to the success of this project. All forms of gifts will be appreciated including General Contributions, In-Kind Donations, Sponsorships and Agricultural Harvest Donations

How You Can Donate
- Online donations can be made through the Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines.
- A LASTING LEGACY: This may be the opportunity you've been looking for to create a lasting personal or family legacy! There are a limited number of named gift opportunities available, such that when you, your family, your business or organization makes a contribution in the appropriate amount, an area with the new swimming pool facility can be dedicated in your name you have chosen to honor. - In-Person or mailed donations: Cash gifts in any amount are welcomed and will be very much appreciated. Contributions should be made payable to “Jewell Parks & Recreation Fund” and earmarked “Pool”. Please drop off at: City of Jewell (701 Main Street, PO Box 486, Jewell, IA 50130) OR Mail to: Enhance Hamilton County Foundation (c/o Darcy Smith, 501 Bank Street, Webster City, IA 50595).

Recognition
All donors will be recognized for their generous contribution, unless requested to remain anonymous. The names of all donors will be published in the Jewell Newspaper prior to the opening of the new Municipal Swimming Pool. Name of donors will also appear on the “Wall of Honor” at the facility.
